a<\/em>s\u00ed como lo establecido en las normas t\u00e9cnicas <em>NTC 5171:2013 Excluidos los numerales 6.0 y 7.0<\/em>; y <em>NTC 2699:2009 numerales <\/em>\u00a0<em>11.2, 11.3, 15, 16 y anexo E.3<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cuando por caracter\u00edsticas t\u00e9cnicas se considere que el cilindro <strong>NO ES APTO PARA SU USO, HIDROCIL S.A<\/strong>.<strong>S<\/strong>, puede abstenerse de expedir el certificado y entregar\u00e1 en este caso un informe indicando los motivos de <strong>RECHAZO<\/strong> (condena) del cilindro;
